24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • When booking a house call you will be asked for payment information, however you will only be charged the service amount on the day of the scheduled appointment.
  • Less than 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • Not being reachable, or not being present in agreed service location on time scheduled, in other words a "NO SHOW" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 
  • Minor time rescheduling will not be affected by this policy (If running a few minutes late, or if you ask to push the appointment an hour later at least two-three hours prior to set appointment time).
