When booking a house call you will be asked for payment information, however you will only be charged the service amount on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Less than 24 hour cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Not being reachable, or not being present in agreed service location on time scheduled, in other words a "NO SHOW" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Minor time rescheduling will not be affected by this policy (If running a few minutes late, or if you ask to push the appointment an hour later at least two-three hours prior to set appointment time).
